The district added a 6th grade to each of its four middle school campuses, resulting in a need for only 10 elementary schools. With geographic information system technology, ARC located each student and created boundaries for each of the schools. After the school board approved the boundaries, ARC adjusted bus transportation to accommodate the changes. ARC assisted the bus contractors with determining when and where each bus would operate.
ARC has plotted bus routes for the district for the last 10 years and created a list of bus stops for publication in the local newspaper before each school year.
