ARC seeks a full-time Facility Planner / Evaluator to join our dedicated team of professionals. Primary responsibilities include assessing existing building and site conditions, understanding our client’s program needs, and translating this information into a facility master plan. Candidates must understand building systems and have excellent communication/writing skills, an aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving, and a mindset that is inquisitive and open to learning. Candidates should have a working knowledge of standard office computer software and web-based applications. This position involves regional travel and physical activity.

Required Qualifications: Professional degree in architecture with at least three years of experience or a bachelor’s degree in architecture or construction management with at least five years of related experience.

Desired: An understanding of building systems and ADA requirements is a plus, as is possession of an Architectural license or the ability to obtain an NM architectural license.
