ARC seeks a Facility Planner, Architect, or Architectural Intern to join our dedicated team of professionals. Primary responsibilities include assessing existing building and site conditions, understanding our client’s program needs, and translating this information into a facility master plan. Candidates must have an understanding of building systems, excellent communication and writing skills, adeptness for critical thinking and problem solving, and be inquisitive with a mindset open to learning. Candidates should have a working knowledge of standard office computer software and web-based applications. This position involves regional travel and physical activity.

Required Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture with at least three years of experience or a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management with at least five years of related experience. An understanding of building systems and ADA requirements is desired. Architectural license or the ability to obtain an NM architectural license is a plus.
