Argen Marie Duncan, CAD Specialist
Argen Marie Duncan has been with ARC since 2024. Her primary responsibility is to draft plans, which can include anything from updating AutoCAD drawings to piecing together a complete drawing from the client’s shared information, our evaluators’ notes and pictures, and supplemental information like fire escape plans. She creates floor plans that show the buildings as accurately and succinctly as possible. Ms. Duncan calculates the square footage of each space, working closely with our information analyst, who can then determine the utilization of facilities and create our color-coded plans.
