Bruce Welton, Web Programmer
Mr. Welton develops database and website architecture, designs web page layouts, and codes application pages for traditional desktop architecture and mobile devices. He contributes to a wide range of ARC’s projects. His work includes a capital reporting application, capital expenditures reconciliation application, and a range of custom software tools for ARC’s clients.
