Liza Caldwell, Senior Planner
As a project manager and planner with ARC Planning since 2014, Ms. Caldwell has worked in communities throughout New Mexico on comprehensive downtown metropolitan redevelopment areas, housing, growth management, and hazard mitigation plans, providing community context for facilities planning. She has managed numerous planning projects to successful completion and adoption, including the recent Town of Taos Comprehensive Plan; the Las Vegas Comprehensive Plan; the San Juan County Growth Management Plan Update, 2018; and the City of Farmington Downtown MRA Plan Update, 2019.
